Market re-entry following government takeover

Eigenrac Risk Management Services (RMS) provided an end-to-end solution for a Western Government enabling them to re-enter a country following a hostile takeover of power. Our solution included the provision of full visa entry requirements, airport meet and greet, armed protection and secure transport services, life support, sourcing and procurement of weapons, ammunition, communication equipment, vehicles, and security staff uniforms. Recruitment, training, and management of the local national and expatriate guard force. Eigenrac also provided a high-level liaison capability with access to the new authority decision makers which enabled a sustained operation.

HEAT training

Working with a large INGO Eigenrac Capacity Building Services (CBS) deployed a UK expatriate training team on multiple occasions to deliver accredited Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) in a complex environment. The training course was designed to answer our client’s needs in all aspects to provide real time awareness in their theatre of operations. This was done n line with the client’s risk tolerance levels and security industry best practice guidelines.

Specialized Protective Security Services

Eigenrac Specialized Protective Security Services (SPSS) operated during time of conflict providing support to a Schengen Government in the provision of a multi team low signature security close protection detail. The detail provided secure transport, close protection officers, and cross border liaison capabilities. This allowed delegates and their families to cross multiple provincial borders navigating many security exceptions. We were able to house our clients in safe accommodation providing full overwatch and logistical support for a prolonged period until their mission was accomplished.

Risk Management

Eigenrac Risk Management Services (RMS) provided advice to a large international corporate wishing to construct a critical national infrastructure logistical hub in the Middle East. We managed the program from green field to commissioning utilizing international best practices providing a holistic solution in the delivery of security risk assessments, security plans, SOP development, training and mentoring of a large work force, internal and external audits, followed by sign off to international standards and the issue of a certificate of compliance. This facilitated an international trade gateway achieving our clients aims which ultimately lifting the country’s economy.

Static guard training

Eigenrac Capacity Building Services (CBS) provided static security training to a local national guard force in a complex environment enabling a large US INGO to operate seamlessly under difficult circumstances. The contract included the conduct of a full training needs analysis, identification of operational security gaps in capability and the production and delivery of a bespoke training program. We deployed an expatriate training team along with local interpreters delivering courses with certification.

Intelligence Management

Eigenrac Intelligence Management Service (IMS) has delivered bespoke Intelligence reports to answer unique client Information Requirements (IRs) during time of conflict to Governments, corporates and INGO’s. IRs were established with our clients and answered through our extensive network of well-placed sources that had the relevant access to the right people, and capability to extract relevant information for our analysis team to process into intelligence. The provision of detailed analysis enabled our clients to predict events though the study of trend patterns which in turn informed decision making to enable operations.

Corporate investigation

Eigenrac Intelligence Management Services (IMS) provided corporate investigations and due diligence to a business entity wishing to conduct operations with a partner in a complex environment. Our services included the conduct physical ground truth office and real estate checks, conducting interviews with third parties as well as social media analysis and financial checks.

Evacuation services

Eignerac Specialized Protective Security Services (SPSS) aligned with our Risk Management Service (RMS) conducted sustained evacuations in a country during conflict for a prolonged period. Services were provided to Governments, corporates and NGO’s facilitating vulnerable persons transit under difficult circumstances out of the country to a place of refuge. Our evacuation operations were conducted utilizing multiple modes of transport crossing borders by road or by air evacuation. We conducted coordinated collection and movement of people, in some cases many hundreds at a time, liaising with international community stakeholders at the highest levels to secure personnel to places of safety.
